The Fit For The Office Blueprint

The Fit For Life Blueprint is built around 4 key pillars.

Within each pillar, you will have a goal and develop skills by practicing daily habits so that you can shed belly fat and improve performance in the office and at home. 

Pillar 1: Mindset

Mindset is everything. You will learn how to develop a resilient and proactive perspective on how you see the world. How you think is how you act. You will learn how to build awareness and understand your current thought process and environment better. 

You will receive the tools you will need to create a mindset and an environment that specifically works for your lifestyle so that you can make better decisions more consistently. 

Pillar 2: Movement

Movement is critical to your success as it helps every other aspect of your life. You will learn that movement goes beyond just the gym and that more or harder isn't always better. 

Together, we will design a movement plan that meets you where you are and your current situation to make you feel energized, develop strength, shed belly fat and avoid injuries so that you can continue to stay focused and excel at work. 

Pillar 3: Nutrition

Nutrition is the fuel to your fire. You'll learn how to eat better more consistently with the foods you enjoy while still achieving results. You won't have to sacrifice social events, working late evenings and family weekends anymore. 

No more dieting, food restrictions or feeling guilty ever again. This is a new way of looking at nutrition. It is not a diet but a lifestyle. 

You'll practice habits that are simple, intuitive and sustainable so that you can enjoy life without always thinking about food. You will learn how to manage your cravings and urges instead of them having control over you. 

Pillar 4: Recovery

Recovery is the piece that brings everything together. It's when your body begins to produce and show the results you've worked hard for. 

You'll learn when and how to implement specific recovery protocols from sleep to stretching to stress management at specific parts of your day. 

You'll learn techniques on how to control stressful moments in the office and at home so that you stay in control and make the hard decisions just a little bit easier.
